What should I do if the dongle is broken?

Q:What should I do if the dongle is broken?

A:

Please inquire with Asprova distributors. Please contact the sales special agent. If the maintenance agreement has been executed, we will exchange it for free. If the maintenance agreement has not been executed, it becomes for a fee.
We exchange it after the protector that gets broken is returned. So, it will take a few days for exchanging. If the obstacle is caused on business, we will send the protector with the time limit. In that case, after returning the broken protector, we will issue the magic number that enables use as a formal version.
