Steps:

1.In the resource Gantt chart or the resource table, select a resource for which you want to specify next resources.
2.Select the Settings tab of the properties window.
3.Cleck the [+] sign to the left of the property "Next resources".
4.In the [New data] cell, specify a resource code that can be assigned to the next process. You can specify multiple resource codes.

* If you want to assign the next process strictly to the resource you specified as next resources, check the property " Strictly enforce next resource constraints" of the cheduling parameter settings.
