A:

Steps:

1.Select cells from which to copy data to other cells.
2.Place the mouse cursor on the lower right-hand corner of the cells you selected. The shape of the mouse cursor will change to "+".
3.Hold down the left mouse button and drag "+" across the cells in the direction you want to fill.
4.The data in the range of the cells you dragged across will change to the data of the copied cells.

Steps:

1.Select a cell you want to copy from the table view.
2.Select [Edit] - [Copy] from the menu bar.
3.Select a cell to which you want to paste the copied data.
4.Select [Edit] - [Paste] from the menu bar.

* You can also use shortcut keys (Ctrl+C for copying and Ctrl+V for pasting).

Steps:

1.Right-click on the top cell containing the name of the column for which you want to optimize the width. A popup menu will be displayed.
2.Select "Optimize Width" from the popup menu. The width of the column will be automatically adjusted as appropriate.

Steps:

*Sort Method 1 (Using a sort dialog)

Steps:

1.Select [Table] - [Sort] from the main menu. A sort dialog will be displayed.
2.If any sort keys are already specified, you can delete them by clicking on the [Reset] button. For each sorting priority, specify values in the "Property", "Index", and "Direction" fields.
3.Click on each field and select one from each dropdown list box. Click on the [OK] button.

*Sort Method 2 (Double-clicking a column)

Steps:

1.Double-click on the top cell containing the name of the column for which you want to sort data.
2.Every time you double-click the cell, the data in the column will be sorted alternately in ascending and descending order.
3.Conditions used when you sort data by double-clicking a column name will be accumulated in the sort dialog. If you want to sort by multiple keys, start sorting from the key with the lowest priority.

Steps:

1.Select [Table] - [Filter] from the main menu. A filter dialog will be displayed.
2.Specify values in the "Property", "Condition" and "Value" fields for the records you want to filter.
- For the "Property" and "Condition" fields, select one from each dropdown list box, and enter a value in the Value field.
- If you want to specify multiple conditions, select "And" or "Or" from the dropdown list box in the "And/Or" field for the second row and after.
3.Click on the [OK] button. The records will be filtered by the conditions you specified.

How to zoom in and out a table view

1.Select the table you want to zoom.
2.Hold down the Ctrl key while rolling the mouse wheel.
3.If you roll the mouse wheel down, the table will be zoomed in. If you roll the mouse wheel up, the table will be zoomed out.

[Specifying a zoom factor]

Steps:

1.Select the table you want to zoom.
2.Click on the [Display Settings] button on the toolbar.
3.Properties of the display settings will be displayed in the properties window.
4.Select the All properties tab from the properties window.
.5Click the [+] sign to the left of the property "Table view settings".
6.Specify a factor for the property "Zoom".
