Maintenance Contract Services

You can get the following services free of charge within a maintenance contract.

  1. Receive bug fixes and new versions.
  2. Get a backup protector (For scheduling modules only).
    In case of any damage to the main protector, the backup protector can be used to run Asprova for up to 3 weeks while waiting for a replacement protector.
  3. Ask questions via e-mail.
  4. For each scheduling license, the options can be changed once a year.
    ※MS Light options cannot be exchanged for MS options.
    ※You can transfer options from a license to another license.
