   1. Production time adjustment expression, setup time adjustment type (version limitation function)

The following requests will be supported by standard functions
– To modify the production time and setup time depending on the assigned time.
– To modify the setup time according to the previous or next operations.

Similar functionality could be achieved in previous versions by developing plug-ins. However, this feature allows the standard functions to adjust production and setup times immediately.

– Integrated Master’s [Production time adjustment expression]

Adjust the production time of the operation based on conditions.

– Examples

Please see the help page for more information.

– Item, specification, [Setup time adjustment expression] in the resource setup table
Adjust the setup time according to conditions.

– Examples
Eliminate setup time for the first operation of the week.

Please see the help page for more information.

– [Teardown time adjustment expression] for item and spec teardown tables
Adjust teardown time according to conditions.

– Examples
Remove teardown for the last operation of the week

Please see the help page for more information.

   2. Setting parameter export

Executing “Setting parameter export” from the Tool menu will output the following settings in a csv file. This function was developed based on a request to output settings as documents, allowing information that cannot be retrieved by DBIO to be exported. Since the output is by alias and display name, it is easier to check the contents compared to the xml export, which is output in code.

   3. Display summed values in the status bar (auto calc function) (version limitation function)

Summed values from selected table cells are now displayed in the status bar according to the selected cells in the table.

   4. Specify object ID in Expression Edit Dialog

Sample objects for ME and OTHER can now be specified by object ID in the Edit Expression dialog.

   5. Scroll back to the scheduling basis time using the HOME button

Pressing the HOME button in chart or differential view will now automatically scroll to the cell with the scheduling basis time.
