Registering an Asprova ID

You can register Asprova ID here. Follow the steps below to register an Asprova ID.

  1. Fill in the necessary information for Asprova ID.
  2. A verification mail would be sent to the email address registered for the Asprova ID.
  3. Follow the steps outlined in the mail to verify your email address.
  4. Before activating your Asprova ID, please wait for our staff to verify the account’s information.
  5. Another mail will be sent out when we have finished verifying the information. Follow the mail’s instructions to login to your Asprova ID.

Make sure your mail filter allows our mails, which will be sent from this domain:
asprova.com

Also, please note that free mail services, such as Gmail, Yahoo etc, are not allowed to be used.

Validity period of Asprova ID

Asprova ID is only valid for one year from the date of registration.
After that date is passed, that Asprova ID is disabled and cannot be used.
The Asprova ID will have to be reactivated for another year using the following steps below:

  1. Login using the Asprova ID.
  2. A message informing you the account has expired will be shown.
  3. A verification mail will be sent to the email address registered to the Asprova ID.
  4. Follow the steps in the email to reactivate Asprova ID. The password will also have to be reset.

Please note that changing the password before the expiry date will not renew the expiry date.
